" when [my teacher] is in need of money to share mine with him;" It's ludicrous for you to site that oath as something that's we need to strictly adhere to. Literally every single physician is in violation of the oath.

I don't see a distinction between the too. By not laying down on the operating table you are actively deciding not to give up your organs. The US Supreme court has decided (at least in the US) Presidential inaction is the same as action, adding a legal lens to the conversation.
