Coming off of Zoloft

Ah I am not sure if I ever experienced the brain zaps. I did manage a grand map seizure as a result of an SSRI a few years before trying Zoloft. I was prescribed celexa and had the seizure about 12 hours after the first pill I took. I was hallucinating and clearly out of it right before having the seizure. From what I've heard, the seizure was far more traumatic for those who witnessed it than for me. I simply blacked out. Haha I might be going a bit too far sharing this subjective story with you but it seems you're interested in what can happen and what it's like. As of today, I can confidently say I am 100% back to myself and don't just fine managing my anxiety with therapy. The static thing you mention does sound a bit far fetched to associate with the withdrawal, but again, I have to stress how appropriate it is for you to contact a pharmacist or your doctor anytime you want. Right now, it's practically expected of you to be concerned and seek support and reassurances.

Stay strong :)
