There are two level of hell related to this. If you grill a great steak, you should only need salt and pepper. The flavor of the steak should be enough. If you want to use ketchup or a pound of bbq sauce, you deserve a special place in hell.

If you are the type of person who manages to grill/prepare steak that requires ketchup or a pound of bbq sauce, you deserve another special place in hell.

I know, I know, its a joke. But its very insulting to someone who is paying $30/lbs a pound of bison tenderloin, and meticulously prepares it for everyone's enjoyment, only to have a shit load of ketchup or mustard being used. Different walks for different folks; but that's not funny when you are the one preparing :P :) I still think its funny when it happens to other people thought...
