Concerns about Riot approach toward player complaints/support tickets

First: So if you spend hours writing up an explanation of a complex situation, and someone addresses it with one sentence that speaks in very general terms, than they have adequately addressed your concerns and the matter should be considered done and dusted? I guess I don't agree with that, I think the matter should be done when there's an outcome both sides can live with, not the side with all the power decides they're tired of dealing with it and force closes the ticket.

I'm not just ranting to rant in those tickets, I'm trying to make a point about how I feel Tribunal system doesn't take into account some very real group social dynamics, which may have had a very real impact on the way punishments were applied to my account.

Second: I guess if sound entitled perhaps it's because I've spent over $400 on a product/service I no longer have access to because someone made a decision I'm a horrible person based on chat logs without ever having spoken to me in person, is dismissive of my concerns, and refuses to even consider a partial refund?

I guess I'm guilty of feeling entitled to be treated kindly and considerately by a business to which I have paid large amounts of money, or else have my money partially or fully refunded.

Third: That's fine I'm sure a lot of people agree with you. I also think you might feel differently if you were able to meet me in person and not only have these chat logs to go on. But even if I'm wrong, I still think if you're going to make the decision for someone's account to excise them from community for good of that community, you should probably refund some or all of the money they spend on RP.

I also think that even when you have to ban accounts you can still do so in a way that shows you're grateful they thought enough of your company to invest money in it in the first place, and doesn't create unnecessary resentments in the way judging someone's character based on chat log snippets does, and their judgemental/unfriendly attitude really grates on me.

Fourth: You don't find it at all strange that they wouldn't even respond to my questions about speaking to someone? Well I guess it comes down to accountability. If you don't have to interact with your customers in person or on the phone, and they have no method of appealing your decisions, you can basically treat them however you want.

I think that's a problem, and any consumer should think twice about dealing with a business that isn't accountable to its customers.

A big motivator for writing these posts was so other players could think about that before and not after they spend large amounts of money on RP, because I really wish that was something I had thought more about.

If they don't want to do that or think I'm just making this up because I'm angry I'm banned, I'm totally cool with that.
