For the game packages (4 or 5 games included) you'll spend somewhere around 430 pound.
So even if you get the game bundle to potentially save on individual titles, you'll still pay another 40 pound on a year of PSN.
So you're already back up to around 500 pound. But that would be a reasonable starting point.
So after a quick adjustment to a PC Part Picker build to include mouse and keyboard and OS, there's no reason you would opt for an almost already obsolete closed platform with limited and dictated functions.
