The Commercial Marine Craft driving license shall be valid for three years with ability of renewing it for a similar period. Duration of Marine Permits: The Marine Permits shall be valid for three years and renewable for a similar period. (C) Marine Crew Permit: This includes issuing permits to: Seaman Permit Marine Pilot Marine Trainer Service Procedures Filling the Marine Crew Licensing Application form (Ref. No. RAL-FRM-101 (AMCL)R3) Submit all the required documents to issue Marine Craft Crew Licensing Submit the applicable fees Receive the Marine Craft Crew License Requirements (A) Marine Craft Driving License: 1. Reciprocity of Marine Craft Driving License certificates To obtain any type of Marine Craft driving license, the Authority requires submitting a training certificate from a certified training institute, authorizing the applicant to drive the same type of Marine Craft. It is also possible to wave this condition if the applicant submits any proof of driving a marine craft experience for not less than one year on the Emirates. In addition the applicant should pass the test conducted by the Authority to drive a pleasure marine craft up to (12) meters.
For the applicant who has an international foreign driving license or certificates from uncertified training institute by the Authority, the applicant should apply for Certificate Equation & submit all the required documents to be reviewed by the Authority to assure that it matched with its certified rules & regulations. No. RAL-FRM-101 (AMCL)R3) One recent Personal Photograph with white color background. Passport, UAE family book and Emirates Identity card copy for UAE National, or Passport, UAE valid visa and Emirates identity card coy for expects. The applicant’s age should not less than 16 years. Certificate of passing the qualifying courses specified by the authority through its training centers or through one of the certified training centers by it, or passing the assessment test conducted by the Authority.
