Critique my beginner training plan

I decided in 6th grade I wanted to be a seal. I missed out on a lot of normal middle school and high school activities and I got kinda depressed because of it. Everyone else was out having fun and fucking while I was doing these brutal 500 pushup 8 mile run workouts that arent even optimal for training for the pst.

Now im in college and im focused more on my degree, enjoying my life, and obviously training for the pst (not some crazy 1000 pushup workout, but actually training for performance. Train for bud/s when the time comes). Once I graduate ill kick on the burners and probably have to throw away my social life. Dont miss out on living your life, you dont need to. Dont make the same mistake I did, it was stupid
