Custody battle (updated)

She let me in the apt of her own accord and she stated that to police.

Your OP:

When she opened the door and I saw him I got instantly angry. I got in his face and said he took my family from me. I turned to karen and asked her if we could go out in the hall to talk about our daughter. At this time though he pulled a knife on me and opened it and told lisa to call the police. I got more angry that this guy had the gull to pull a knife out infront of my lil girl and try to tell me that "he would do whatever it takes to protect lisa and my daughter" I tried to calm down and kept trying to get lisa to talk to me about our daughter. She eventually went to the bedroom where I followed. She told me no repeatedly.

I let her use my stuff for my child. It was not "hers"

Your OP:

I gave lisa a 400 dollar tv I owned for my daughter to use including my PS3 for her to watch movies.

You just said you gave it to her. Lisa. That would mean the television is hers.

I CAN ALSO BE PISSED OFF THAT SHE STARTED ACTING THIS WAY FOR NO REASON WHEN SHE WANTED HER FAMILY AND HAD IT BACK JUST TO THROUGH IT AWAY FOR SOME GUY WHO DOESN'T WANT KIDS AND IS MAKING HER TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO A BABYSITTER ON THE WEEKENDS WHEN SHE IS OFF.

Of course she had a reason. It sounds like you left her a couple times already for other women. Most people consider that a reason.

Your all fucking stupid. Learn to fucking read and quit makong assumptions.

If it is indeed true what you say, you better fuck all learn to communicate the facts the way you intend to communicate them. In a court of law, if you write that you "gave lisa a 400 dollar tv", that means you gave Lisa a 400 dollar TV and the TV is hers. You say she invited you into her home, when your description of events suggest that you acted like a jackass to her boyfriend at the doorway, and that Lisa didn't want to talk, yet somehow you ended up in her apartment despite the fact that you never describe her inviting you into her home.

Look, you seem to be convinced you have some sort of case that you were wrong. If so, you better learn how to fucking writ and talk because nothing you say seems to jibe with what after the fact you appear to think you said. This matters. A lot.
