I've been fearfully wondering if my dieting as a teen has possibly stunted my growth...

I'm now 18. When I was 15 and a half, I started counting calories. I did this until today. I was never overweight, but just unfit-looking. I started with ~1,500 calorie diet, and I am now sticking to 1,300 calories. There were time periods or a couple of months or so where I went off the tracks and lost progress, and had to start over. That's why it's taken me such a long time to lose the weight and keep it off.

I remember reading somewhere that the required minimum intake for teenagers is 1,600 calories a day. I pretended I never read that back then because I really wanted to lose weight, but now I'm worried if I've actually affected my hormones or my growth. I'm 5'2" (and now 117 lbs) and I haven't grown taller since I was 15. I also have pretty small A cup breasts that haven't changed much either. Now I know that some girls are just like that even if they grow in a healthy way, but I'm worried that this has been the result of my dieting.

If anyone has any insight, that would be great. I guess there's nothing to be done about it, but it is something kinda shitty if I've done this to myself.
