Am I over-reacting about my trainer ?

Your eyes were covered but everyone was looking at you? I feel you might be over-reacting because you were unfamiliar with the stretching he was doing with you, and you were uncomfortable with the situation and his proximity. I can’t imagine he’s put his profession at risk to do anything like that. I’ve worked with trainers and physical therapists and there are times there are stretches or other things you’ll do that feel awkward, and they are trying to make sure you’re doing the right movement or targeting the correct muscle. Sometimes they have to feel your muscles to do that. Go back and if you see the trainer you can always tell him those stretches were beyond your comfort zone, and ask him to he show you stretches you can do at home. It’s an opportunity to address this for you, and so he is aware that people may not be comfortable with those kinds of stretches.
