I'm really worried about bulking. I started two weeks ago now and it's my first time trying to gain weight. I Was quite fat previously, cut down to 170lbs around 10-11%bf but I've slowly worked my way back up. Holding some water at the moment as I usually sit around 182-185lbs currently.

I keep thinking that my workout split isn't good enough (6 days a week) and that I'm only going to get fat, not put on any muscle.

(Maintenance calories are 2,600, currently bulking on 3,100. About 350g carbs, 100g fat and 195g protein)

Basically, is there any good recommendations for a 6 day split training major body parts twice a week, also incorporating abs maybe 2-3 times?

I currently have my own routine and workout plan but I'm tempted to change it up instead of doing the same thing every week, maybe switch it up into Week A and Week B, focusing on different things?

Currently it's (Monday through Saturday) Legs & Shoulders, Chest & Triceps then Back & Biceps, repeat but not going as hard, lighter weights so I'm not balls to the walls constantly.

I don't know. I'm basically worried I'm not going to make gains and I'm just going to get fat without any increase in strength. Probably overthinking a little too - What would you guys recommend please? Thanks so much in advance
