Daily Discussion Thread: 07/08/2022

Losing weight to get into blast territory. Ended up at 245lbs, no abs visible after my last growth phase. 6’2 height. Over the last 8 weeks I have gone down to about 220, and no doubt a lot of it was water from the sauce since it came off so quickly. Certainly was easy enough by just cutting portions in half and using carbs only around meal times.

Wondering about peoples thoughts on whether I pause now and go into maintenance for 5 weeks, as sleep is an issue right now. Or, do I keep pushing until I see the ab outline, then do maintenance so I can blast? What would be the harm in phoning it in another 4 weeks a little harsher until leanness, maybe even using some lower dose Var on my cruise to finish it strong? Other than the obvious fatigue. Have not lost any strength yet.

Listening to Dr Mike on RP has made me second guess losing more at once to get to a point I can blast. Just looking for some knowledge from some fellas who have got a few more years over me. Thanks boys.

In other news somebody told me my shoulders are massive last week so I am still running off of those fumes.
