Daily Simple Questions Thread - April 07, 2018

What is the best way you find to fight cravings? I eat a perfectly as I can throughout the week (chicken, fish lots of vegetables) and I maintain a pretty good deficit (-300 cals). However the only cravings I seem to not be able to control is for pizza and not just any pizza but Little Caesars pizza which is 1980 - 2720 calories depending on which pizza I get. Every other cravings I was able to quash very easily (quit soda and alcohol cold turkey and havnt looked back). However with this pizza I just can't and its having me do fasts to make up the calories which I know is just a recipe for a potential eating disorder. Any ideas on how to get past this? Obviously just not getting pizza isn't working as I will continuously think about it. Even if I eat a big meal I will still want it. Is it my bodies way of looking for carbs? I tend to stick around the 100g mark a day.
