Exercise makes me want to cry…

The wall: the crippling massive drain emotionally and physically a person experiences when they attempt to force their body to adapt to a level of physical exertion it is not accustomed to doing.

Do not give in to the wall, it takes time and consistancy to break through the wall and at times it will feel hopeless. Whats important is that you never give up. Look for like minded people, surround yourself with people who will uplift you. You would be surprised how many gym bros/broettes are there ready and willing to help lift you up. Do whatever it takes, just dont give in to the wall.

You can do it, I believe in you, everyone at the gym believes in you, YOU believe in you! Get out there and crush it because you 100% got this!
