I'll try to make this digestible. Any thoughts on this routine? Full body- 3 day.
Each day I do at least two compounds, with every body part at least worked once. Every set/rep not mentioned is 3x12. I didn't include arms or traps bc wtv but I work them every time (traps once a week). I also didn't include abs- I do them on offdays along with running.
Day 1: Bench 4x8- squat 4x8- leg extension-shoulder press-calves
Day 2: Incline bench 4x8-deadlift 4x8- Hamcurl- rear delt-pullups
Day 3: Bench 4x8-squat 4x8-glute-lateral raise-barbell rows
This is sorta an amalgamation of several full body routines I found along with some changes to grow chest/legs more. But also do this bc it fits my schedule and I enjoy it. I try to hit the 3 different parts of the shoulder each week but thats pretty much it.
Just curious as to any changes anyone would make?
