A daughter tries to explain why her mom isn’t able to retain good employees

I am not Indian. I am white American with ASD 1.

Why is it so rare? I know why but it's not easy to explain. It's the same reason quality is rare. There are different approaches to the game of business and life. It seems most people value speed and cost (fast and cheap). A smaller group value quality (slow and good or expensive and good).

I have valued quality for most of my career. I've never sought to give someone a low price, only a fair price. I compete on the quality of my work and the quality of your experience with me.

This is a long term strategy that has worked out well for me because it's naturally in line with my personality. I've always preferred buying a quality set of work boots over a cheaper set even if I have to save up twice as long.

Many business owners are trying to get to the next check as soon as possible. My main goal is to build a sustainable business that eventually runs itself and everyone in it wants to be there.
