Build a prison, created really ugly people, proceeded to lock them into the prison. Build a watch tower for my main sim to watch the plebs.

Wanted to make money, forced them to be artists and draw until they blacked out.

They pissed everywhere and I did not allow them to come out or clean the ground.

If they had a good day in the making of art, and made me lots of cash I would proceed to delete a wall within the prison that lead to a room filled with vegetables, sometimes rotten or not.

My main sim was learning how to cook and at some point he got really good, I began to buy vegetables and just put them in the seperate cage.

If they proceeded to puke everywhere and got their filling, I'd force them back into the main room, build the wall up so they have no access to the seperate room and force them to draw again.

And again, and again.

And if they didn't hit the quota, I would proceed to put them in a 1x1 room where they would piss themselves and die in the puddle because of starvation.
