Describe a time you went above and beyond for a patient?

Helped a patient save $200+ on a prescription for Brilinta last weekend, which has to be anywhere from $400-$500 for a month's supply, using a manufacturer coupon. When the patient came to pick up, I was kindly reminded that it's illegal for the pharmacy to upcharge a patient for their medication (essentially comparing their copay last month vs this month). I told them this was a manufacturer coupon that they could easily find on Google to help bring down the cost and that their insurance was actually charging around $250 or so for a month's supply. Their response: "why didn't you use Google last month??" Moral of the story is that pharmacy truly is a thankless job sometimes.
