1. Whiteman is in Knob Noster, not Warrensburg. That’s 20 miles even farther from KC.
2. They don’t fly in the visible range (thousands of feet AGC) over OP for “takeoff or final approach” when they’re at least 70 miles from a runway.

For anyone wanting to see the B2, the best place is sitting at a tiny 10 person church with a gravel lot called Cumberland Presbyterian Church outside Knob Noster. That road runs parallel to their primary runway and you can drive parallel to them on that road if you’re lucky.
