Did Past Life Regression Therapy Help You?

I would say that past life regression in general is helpful as you see fit. It's not for everyone, and not all may seek it, but if you think perhaps that having knowledge of what kind of person you were in the past, the life you've lived, the people who have been with you, and the decisions you've made, would be beneficial to you now, then it's your call.

Personally, past life regression was what jolted me into spiritual awakening. It was something which I didn't expect, but I'm glad I've considered doing. At first I wasn't so sure what to make with the things I've seen. It was a gradual process, and did not directly answer the subconscious call of my mind, but the correct decisions have eventually found me and I've finally reached a point of karmic release. The biggest of which that I could not overcome for countless lifetimes before this one.

How that ties in with the twinflame journey well, it's helped me understand certain attachment to things, intricate fragments of flashbacks of memories, words and phrases that ring clear in my head. Have said once in my life, and resounding until now. A promise made which I realized, he's held onto deeply close for all this time. The centuries prior to everything else irrelevant.

Overall, it's insightful. Though I would say, it could reawaken age-old emotions from how many lifetimes ago. It could even indirectly bring into the surface repressed ones, and the challenge comes with having to face them now in this life. The help that you can get from these regressions depends on how you make of the knowledge from which you learn.
