Doctors of Reddit, what was the most overdramatic(or underdramatic) patient you ever had?

You'd be surprised. When I was a kid, my stupid cousin was throwing hatchets at a tree target. One of them flew by and happened to land on his unsuspecting young cousin who was just walking from the barn to the house. Didn't hurt at all, I only remember the blood coursing down my face (head lacs BLEED, they don't just bleed, they Carrie bleed) and the complete panic of relatives. I do remember having a headache the next day and being annoyed that they shaved part of my hair for stitches, but I don't remember any pain at all. As an adult, I had to get a skull CT and they noted the depression on the right side, I explained what happened, and they just said yeah, that's a common reaction to an uncommon experience.
