Does anyone else experience this or know what’s going on?

Could be mild signs of Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), formerly known as Multiple Personality Disorder. The other possibility is mild signs of Schizophrenia. In neurology, ASD is often defined by a lack of synaptic pruning, or at least atypical synaptic pruning. Whilst synaptic pruning predominantly takes place between ages 2 and 10, it continues until a persons late 20’s. In neurology, conditions such as Schizophrenia are often defined by excessive synaptic pruning. It’s here that there is some overlap, because in the atypical synaptic pruning found in ASD, occasionally there can be excessive pruning in areas related to Schizophrenia etc. Perhaps if you’re in your mid to late 20’s, this is something to consider.
