Why does Reddit hate cheaters so much?

Oh, what are those reasons? All I’ve ever seen was a selfish desire for sexual gratification at the cost of others (emotionally abusive and selfish), wanting to hurt your spouse (emotionally and mentally abusive), not caring about your spouse or family if you have one (neglectful, a form of emotional abuse), loving someone else and not telling your spouse or partner (just fucking seperate and prepare for divorce or break up, you dont get to have your cake and eat it too), being a narcissist (those things don’t care about anyone or anything but themselves, they are incapable of loving anyone or anything), “falling in love” with a teenager or barely legal adult as an older adult (you’d be genuinely shocked how many cheaters end up cheating with REALLY young people), and wanting to end the relationship (just fucking end it, don’t be a pussy).

Only bad reasons, nobody in their right mind has a “good” reason for cheating. If you’re not happy or love your spouse anymore, just be honest. If you think you might want to explore your sexuality, BE HONEST. Cheating involves lying, lying to such a grand scale is emotionally abusive
