The main change I made are:
-This ratio worked best for me, I do not eat any sort of processed foods, maybe once in a while I have some in a cheat meal. -I also lift heavy, and do conditioning work for cardiovascular health, thus substantially improving blood flow. -I use Organic Cold Pressed Castor Oil topically every night before bed. -I do handstands in my free time through out the day, for 2-5 minutes. -I microneedle thoroughly every 4 days.
