Does Rogaine immediately stop further hair loss upon use or will i continue to lose hair until the product has been used for months?

The main change I made are:

70% of my diet is composed of veggies and fruits:

  • Focusing on foods with high concentrations of Nitrates for improving blood flow.
  • Foods with high concentrations of Anti-oxidants.
  • Foods with high Vitamin K, A, C, E, Pyridoxine, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Cyanocobalamin, Boitin.
  • Foods with high Mineral concentrations, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Phosphorus, Manganese, Magnesium.

20% Organic Grass fed animal products, for their high protein concentration.

10% Organic None-GMO Seeds and Nuts, for their high concentrations of healthy fatty acids and abundance of vital minerals.

Drink plenty of fluoride free water, ~1 gallon a day.

-This ratio worked best for me, I do not eat any sort of processed foods, maybe once in a while I have some in a cheat meal. -I also lift heavy, and do conditioning work for cardiovascular health, thus substantially improving blood flow. -I use Organic Cold Pressed Castor Oil topically every night before bed. -I do handstands in my free time through out the day, for 2-5 minutes. -I microneedle thoroughly every 4 days.
