Why does it seem like other states are not being as scrutinised about their COVID-19 quarantine breaches as Victoria is?

Whatever a state government does they will get criticized,,lockdown to soon,,to late,, get critisism any breach will get criticized .,close border don't close border you get critacism ,truth is that every state is doing what is necessary and doing well imo.

NSW of course is beyond criticism because they are the state that has most politicized covid and been the most devisive .It is nausiating how they carry on and most people switched them off long ago.With over 2100 community cases and multiple breaches by Australian standards management of covid in NSW has been average but it could have been much worse so leave them to it.

In WA we had a breach it was investigated the cause was found and it is sorted,, the criticism came of course but it has gained no momentum and made no difference politically.
