Im ngl games were so much more fun for me as a kid, honestly now everything feels like its just grinding and open worlds and buying better upgrades, in the past all you had to do was open your game and everything was there for you and you just felt happy to progress in it. Now its like this keeper of your soul for the hours you can spare it. I dont know how or why but even the genre of games I loved when I was younger doesn't grip me even though I still am interested in playing them, its like some of gamings innocence has been lost to corporate greed and clout chasing via streaming and all the other add ons that changed how games are played.

Maybe im just still all about single player campaigns and that seems like its being phased out as well.
