I'll freely admit that I'm a driver for them and can confirm that they don't, can't, and won't do that. I mean, why the hell would they? The store manager has no incentive to charge a fee for a stiff. They could give less of a shit how much tips their drivers pull in. Nor would they allow an order to take that long cause it'd effect their metrics and have the GM come storming down on them. The only reason an order could possibly be that delayed is either it's a freaking blizzard out or they had one driver during a massive rush. And well...at that point it's completely outside the stores power. Burnt pizza though? I'd at least believe that. Everything else is utter bullshit. Also, fuck lousy tippers.
