Why don't you people just rent a hooker and finally realize sex isn't anywhere near as big of a deal as you are making it out to be?

So I also stumbled on this sub from /r/all and I just want to say that the dude you're arguing with has an unhealthy view of relationships. But most of what I've seen in this subreddit is also super unhealthy.

I'm in a relationship of about 3 years and sure the puppy love bullshit ends after the first 4-5 months, but I don't really consider that to be love.

I'm going back to school while working full time after dropping out a few years back. I got As in my first 2 classes and my girlfriend surprised me with some congratulations balloons and a bowl of guacamole. And that made me feel good, because she gave enough of a shit to take some time out of her life to do something for me.

That's what relationships and love are about in my opinion. They're not transactional, in the sense that people are talking about in this thread. It's just 2 people giving enough of a shit about eachother that they're willing to put up with all of the annoying stuff you do and still care enough to do things that they know will make you happy.

Also, sex is seriously such a non-issue man. Like, it's just another part of a relationship.
