Electric car makers with no infrastructure plan can't be taken seriously, says analyst

If I was a wealthy man I would build a network of electric vehicle charging centers along a heavily traveled Interstate freeway.

Say along: * I-5 from San Diego to San Francisco. * California Hwy 99 from Bakersfield to Sacramento. * I-80 from San Jose to Reno. * I-15 from San Diego to Las Vegas. * I-10 from Los Angeles to Phoenix. * California Hwy 50 from Sacramento to Carson City.

I would build these charging centers with Tesla and Charge Point chargers, build a store with various food options (say a convenience store with various 3rd parties (Subway/Panda Express/Etc) renting space to sell their food as well), provide plenty of seating and large bathrooms. Perhaps add a dog walk, a playground and free Wi-Fi. I would cover the car parks and the building's roof with solar cells, and make the solar cells visible to traffic passing by. I would place advertisements in the store that promote electric vehicles (bikes, motorcycles, cars and trucks) so as to promote my market base and to create an atmosphere.

I believe such a business would be successful by offer services to not only to electric vehicle drives (charging stations) but by offering services to all drivers (plenty of toilets (no wait), a choice in food options at a single location, a dog walk, a playground and free Wi-Fi all with one stop).
