Level 1 u should have used shield and secured all creeps, you should never get denied first wave by TA. From there just run at her with shield at weird angles and don't play behind creeps, buy regen before hand and chip her HP down, and try to find an opportunity to kill.

If you get psi bladed a lot, as you did you will have a very hard time against TA, you have to win that lane as Ember or it will be hard to enter the lane again, even if you have sentries as you are melee.

At 5 min you didn't bottle the rune so you entered the lane kinda low, I think you would have killed her there if you were full hp. Also no shame in telling your WD to come mid or even smoke, TA is a huge kill and you can definitely kill her with a +1.
