Emma & Cody in mothers custody

You're correct. While we can watch clips from countless videos that leave NO doubt of abuse, law enforcement cannot rely on this as evidence. In fact, they'll have to (they will, but it will take great effort and determination) find every single video in order to comply with chain-of-custody. I still celebrate this as great news! I feared even emergency custody would be too complex for authorities and agencies to enforce (again, due to issues concerning obtaining these unedited/clipped evidence of abuse in their officially/originally posted video). It's a major victory.

You're entirely correct, though. My greatest fear is that gradually public interest will fade, but I'm optimistic the reach of those who will press this until justice prevails, Cody and Emma are safe, in Rose's custody.....and the parents are held to whatever possible legal consequences that apply.

Press the Governor of Maryland. Press the senators. Press the Attorney General. To ignore reacting and seeing this through would be the end of a political career.
