Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't his point that 'yeah I agree, it's not fair. But it does you no good always complaining about how unfair things are when instead you could learn how to deal with shitty circumstances.' like in this case if he was on the receiving end, he'd just play something else until things got better. I dont know why you guys think he's "rubbing it in our faces."

I think this is something he's frustrated with players in general, like how insane the complaints get and they act like the game is unplayable with balance changes when his attitude is more to adapt to whatever shit comes his way, which is also my approach to games.
