The End of Meaningless Jobs Will Unleash the World's Creativity

I bought a house 5 years ago when I was 26. I had no money to my name. I had gotten a job out of college only because I was a waiter at a country club and networked for an internship. Only reason I got the house is I had about 16 months of full time income at 36,000. I got an FHA loan where you only have to put down 3.5%. I bought a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house that's 5500 square feet in Wesley Chapel Florida for 92,000. It is now valued at 178,000.

I am nothing special. I barley even graduated. All I did was get a job for 36K and I got my credit score to 640.

The last and only last thing I got was 2,000 from my parents(which was all they had) to help me with the 3.5% down. Which is only $3,080. But I was able to bump up my interest rate by .25% to get cash for closing and other crap, so that paid the other $1,000+.

So 5 years ago I bought a house barley having my shit together which I hope reaches to a 100,000 appreciation. Oh and in-between all this I almost lost the house, don't drink and drive.

That's my story you said you wanted to hear one. Wasn't dumb luck it wasn't that hard, just have your shit somewhat together. And don't ruin your credit score.
