Swap out London for Paris. But I think you will be doing stop and start too much to enjoy each spot. Location hoping is nice if it’s just a few hour train ride. You will be spending a huge chunk of your time at the airport not traveling. If you want to visit so many places focus on a smaller region.

Dublin, ferry trip to Holyhead, Wales, train to English country side, London, train to Paris, go from there. You are seeing a lot and traveling a lot, but the traveling is quicker and easier.

Or start in Turkey and bounce around there. The point is to immerse yourself in a spot for at least a few nights. I think ever spending half your time in one city and half in the other would be better. You can take several day trips, or just become a regular at local pubs or cafes.
