Expectations vs Reality

Definitely start with a diet and some workouts. The workouts alone will start helping you a lot, especially the feeling after the workout. But trust me, my wife's 2cm shorter than you are, was 65+kg and I always found her attractive and loved her. She did lose about 10Kg now (she also went though 2 pregnancies) and she definitely looks better, but what I love the most about her "new self" is the fact that she likes herself.

I let go of myself instead, 40+kg overweight, I'm now very close not to be overweight anymore (just a bit less than 4kg). Needless to say, I like my new self as well, and so does my wife.

So, losing weight (to a healthy level) and working out will definitely help you. Try finding something you like. I can tell you my wife goes to some gym's fitness classes, and she loves them and have fun. I hate such things and didn't like going to a gym at all, so I got myself a few weights at home and a treadmil.
One more thing, don't focus on just your weight, take measures and remember, muscle weights more than fat.

p.s. If you do have "issues" with food, consider a cheat meal (not day) every week or so. I started having one since about 4 months now, makes it way easier.

p.p.s: Wife and I are both doing intermittent fasting, she's way more loose about it, I'm more strict for myself and on OMAD right now.
