Let me guess! She's going for an online NP degree?

I have never done anything like this. It's never crossed my mind to do anything like this. It's unethical and puts patients at risk. How can you trust someone who knowingly falsifies records? What is nursing without honesty? If she's falsifying her covid-19 vaccination records, it's now punishable by jail time in many states.

She's putting vulnerable patients at risk. Seriously consider reporting her to her program and the BON. It's better for her to be kicked out of her program than to harm a patient because she can't be bothered to do the right thing. People like this are exactly what gives our Master's programs a bad reputation. Makes me sick.
