Feel like a bad mommy because I don’t do enough for my baby to stimulate her mind.

Take care of yourself. And think about the educational tools decades ago, I doubt there were so many visual and mental stimulation options for baby as there are now. As long as you are loving and caring for baby they'll turn out great. Babies and people can be surprisingly perceptive and resilient. For instance my parents were members of a cult and dropped me at one of the commune day cares from early, early months. But naturally I had a critical eye, eventually escaped the cult, got into a great school and now support myself happily. Extreme case, but just to say you're doing a waaay better job than so many people out there and just caring enough to want to educate baby means a lot and will guide you and your intentions. There's a lot of pressure on moms to be perfect. Take it moment by moment. Sleep, ultimately, will help you be more present and that counts for so much.
