I feel terrible from the minute I wake up until I fall asleep

Ive had debilitating physical symptoms of anxiety for over 4 years now. Daily. If you have no rational explanation of why you are having symptoms ie thinking or behavioural issues then it's likely an underlying issue effecting the nervous/immune system. People are quick to lump all the problems under anxiety but in some cases it's a physical health issue in the way the brain is working. Genetic problems also play a part. My GP agreed it's not a thinking issue but a physical issue causing these problems just look at what long COVID is doing and people suffering from CFS. No amount of thinking can fix those issues. Researchers and the medical field have a long way to go. People with more minor issues can be greatly fixed by medication and therapy but this isn't the case sadly for serious underlying issues.
