I don't know much about books but wherever I experience I'll just add some notes from my past idiotism

1.) I believe that it is best to learn things from the other worlds, but not ask questions about future. For healing purposes yes, for guidance, for knowledge for our own benefit, yes. Using knowledge in order to know things of others is not a good intention, unless they want to know it for improvement purposes of their life...

2.) My relative was sick and told that she had left 4 months of surviving. I prayed to God to get her healed having the experience of probably journeying and seeing for my self that she was insane. I felt her heavy weight on my arms when she was taken by 2 angels from behind. She healed but she remained stuck to bed. Months passed and we knew she just doesn't have the desire to learn to walk, despite being diagnosed healthy. I, of course smart ass thought to help, and had the intentions to heal. Only having the intention and that's how my journey/experience started, carrying her and showing that she could walk again if putting in the effort. Putting knee pads on her knees telling her to learn to crawl first this is going to help to gain muscles like we as babies learn in the first months.... wherever, I remember not seeing her face but feeling her skin, weight, and talking with her, explaining that I am on another continent in that moment while at the same time being with her. I do not know if she had a dream, if she felt anything, if that was my imagination but I believe she got scared and she did not feel me exactly, because I started having images that she healed but she lies that she did not, and she started to do magic again. When I was young I told her I saw her in my dream that she was saying spells, she laughed and said that she was probably praying. I am going to add another thing, I was crying that I got something to my eye and she told me how her dad caught a mouse and put the mouse's eyes on a safety pin and let her wear it underneath her vest for 2 weeks to get rid of it. I then dreamed that night running after a mouse and woke up completely healed. I also dreamed about some earrings she was hiding in the house and she was shocked that I told her where they were located..... I experienced bad stuff after that experience of trying to make her walk, and I will never again try to do that..... if that was real, she probably felt a being, but definitely not me as I believed, and that I think could scare people if not being informed ahead....

4) I Believe this that right now what I witness with my eyes is my own world, meanwhile what my neighbor is witnessing with his eyes is his own world. World within a world within a world at the same time. We all walk perceiving different worlds at the same time, but we believe that we walk in one common world. This belief is an illusion because physical world is bond by logic, meanwhile journeying is not and, irrationalism cannot be explained in physical worlds, but through feeling only, in other word the 6th sense which cannot be described other than I feel it somehow, and I know somehow. Taking my attention from my neighbor and being centered that I control the world I witness right now for it is my dream I intend/declare the things I want to witness. The moment I see an alcoholic and try to analyze it, think of it... or use rationalism, I fall down from the 6th sense to those of the 5 senses bound by time and physicality. Raise up in your mind to the 6th sense, and control the dream you see with pouring love and light, whoever being touches you, or comes in contact to you. If the vibration is maintained, and it is raised high people who are in search for health and healing will come to you. If you are not shaken by what your eyes sees and control your will, they will leave you healed. But when you raise up, and someone sick approaches to be healed, and you recognize that he is sick, that being said you just confirmed that he is actually sick . I'd like to believe that when someone in need is my sight I have only to see the golden lighting within his heart, his true being expanded, while the shell of the darkness comes towards me and it's purified by the light I carry in my mind's eye not being shattered by what my physical eyes may witness.

*I believe words of light can be sent at any time. Intentional, controlled or being aware of the journeying needs consent from the other one, unless you are called/invited into a house to take something out, for If I understand correctly acting as a bridge, means also to pass on things from one realm to another one.
