I finally found out why colleges/universities wouldn't accept me!

The burden of proof is always on the accuser and the excessively litigious nature our society makes me sick.

Losing three years of your life due to a paperwork error makes me sick. How is this excessively litigious? Or are you going to make a bland blanket statement and give it zero support?

I find it hilarious that I countered every single one of your arguments in such a definite way that you decided to respond to NONE of them and decide to argue an entirely new point of "OP is a liar".

You ignored how you damned OP for not having enough applications while simultaneously damning her for applying too much. I'm not about to let this hysterical double bind go.

The OP wants us to believe that the high school would not release her transcripts to her nor would they release any students transcript to them or their parents.

The OP wants us to believe that the high school would strip search a thirteen year girl who was suspected of hiding pain relief pills. Related? Hardly, but it shows how outrages happen in bureaucracy all the time.

If you really believe that happened, also believe what little else is in the original post, and that litigation is warranted on this weak accusation, just down vote and move on.

Don't martyr yourself, it isn't that dramatically tragic.

Don't waste your time on another response as you already have shown you prefer to believe her story while hearing no defense from her high school administration.

Ahahahah, is this coming from the damned if you apply, damned if you don't apply person?

Yes, I believe OP, but you know the difference between you and me? I say that she should get her case officially judged in a court of law, whereas you presume her guilty and disparage her character. The best case scenario of my support of an innocent victim is that she may seek justice, whereas the worst case is that oh darn, I was fooled by an internet story. THE HORROR. Meanwhile, the worst case scenario in your case means she turns away from legal avenues and meekly accepts the loss of 3 years of life.

Do I believe that in 100/100 cases like these reported on the Internet they're all 100% true? Hardly. But people turn to the internet for support and ideas in time of hardship, and it's no sweat off my back if I lend them support.

You say that I should hear the defense from her high school administration. I ask, why should I hear it? Let the court of law hear it, they are butter judges than I. What am I supposed to do, respond to OP that she should get her HS staff online and reply to her on Reddit? No, I'll say that if she has a legitimate case, then she shouldn't fear approaching the authorities. The court of Frozen_Turtle does not condemn the high school administration, other than to a court of law.

I lost any belief the more I saw her respond further on.

It's a good thing you didn't make up your mind before you damned her for for not applying enough, and then for applying too much.
