Yeah I think I might need to record tomorrow’s meeting, just in case. I was not expecting the angry texts either. We use Canvas, so the grades aren’t visible right now, so I don’t get why he’s freaking out. Like I’m not even close to being done yet.

He didn’t complain about the way I marked their midterm, but the way he worded the questions was really sketchy and he didn’t give them enough time to answer all of them, so they did below the mid 70s range he was going for.

I honestly don’t know why he uses texts either. He told me he preferred texting TAs in a group chat and that the other TAs agreed to do it too, so I thought this was normal. He sent me the angry texts to me individually outside the group chat. I’m just really confused at this point.
