In every single type of society you must work to gain something to survive.

No one is putting a gun to your head and saying “You must work at Olive Garden, you’re gonna get paid this much and you’re gonna like it” You still have a choice where you work, you apply for the job making that choice.

Also just because there isn’t a current job available that you would doesn’t mean you don’t have a choice where you work lol. No place should be forced to hire anyone and it should be at their discretion if they want to hire new people, not at the discretion of someone who’s being “forced” to work at Olive Garden and wants something else. That’s illogical.
