Yep. Previous person’s is a flawed argument. Now is an excellent time to market to young girls and build a framework for female athletics as a staple within American culture. Nobody does it, though, because... why? Women are deemed inferior. It’s the same as racism in America: deep-seeded issues haven’t yet been completely eradicated. Just like how black people were freed about 150 years ago, women got the right to vote just about 100 years ago.

This shit runs deep, and the problems from inequitable treatment need to go, but certain groups (white men) don’t want to let go of their power to make room for everyone. (Before anyone says anything: I’m a white dude.)
