early this year my heart would randomly beat really fast, then slow down, then my breathing would slow down and then everything would go back to normal. one night this happened and the following morning i woke up with my arm feeling really heavy and the worst heart pain ive experienced. the best way i would describe it is someone just putting their entire body weight on one part of you and then lifting their arm but still feeling that pain afterwards. plus it would randomly feel like a pole was rolling over my heart. went to a cardiologist a week or two after this happened, said he had no clue what it was.

also couple months ago i had dysphagia and it's terrible. started off with over producing saliva and constantly spitting. later on it turned into me not being able to eat without gagging, literally constant gagging. the most i would eat a day is a hot pocket, maybe even a sandwich if i was lucky. lost around 10 pounds and after having it for a little over two months it went away !
