Former cheaters of Reddit how were you caught by your significant other?

I don’t necessarily disagree with you, but I think there’s another edge to it. I’ve noticed guys are a bit too quick to avoid caring about social conflicts, and it often leads to really shitty behaviour from other people (of either gender) going totally unchecked. Guys tend to think “well he’s been okay to me so meh” when someone in a group is known to be dishonest or even downright dangerous. Women are more likely to be catty, but if someone behaves in a way that harms others, they will burn the bridges to that person quickly.

Also for what it’s worth I think that kind of drama behaviour is a by product of how women were assigned the role of vapid, gossipy, emotion-ruled creatures. Not saying it absolves responsibility, I’m just saying I don’t believe it’s some inherent feminine trait. It think it’s part of social conditioning. And I also think modern women do it far less. None of the people I call friends do it, and the women who did it I distanced myself from.
