Dude hit 98 a few times, but sat 94-96. Got knocked around on his off speed pitches mostly, however I do believe the HR was a fastball. Needs more control. Too many walks scored. I believe the HR was a 3-Run job, which immediately followed a mental error by the shortstop. SS should’ve thrown to 1st to end the inning, but tried to get the out at 2nd instead. Runner was safe. Extra out there that would’ve ended the inning before the HR. Then I believe the 4th run that inning was due to a grounder through Jones’ legs at 3B. Overall, not a great outing, but I’ve seen worse at Constellation Field this season.

The Space Cowboys were out played in all phases tonight for sure. Chihuahua’s 2B, CJ Hinojosa, from Univ of Texas, hit a massive grand slam later in the game. It went over the play ground and hit the back signs in the air. Just a bomb.
