Personally, I find the comments encouraging you to steal it, ask for it, or leave it alone absolutely appalling, and even more so as it’s the majority of these comments. I’m sorry, I know they’re likely unpleasant.

You stated that your parents are at least alcoholics. To me, that doesn’t sound like a safe environment to be in. While normally I would encourage you to report it to your parents or a trusted figure as to help your sister stay out of trouble, I’m unsure as to whether that would be a good idea for her safety seeing as it doesn’t seem your parents are stable from what you’ve shared with us. And thank you for sharing this with us, I know it’s not easy. I know that a lot of the comments being posted here aren’t easy and I’m sorry. While I do agree you should not have gone through her stuff, I don’t know what the circumstances were in which you felt you had to do that, and it’s already happened. The only thing you can do now is respect her privacy going forward in that regard.

What do you want to do about the situation? What do you think is best? Do you understand the legal and emotional repercussions this can have on your sister if she is caught? And more importantly, does she?

Whether or not you tell your parents is your choice and any reaction they may have to it is not your fault. Please don’t listen to these comments encouraging you to try weed at age 13 and trust your own judgement. Do your research on the laws regarding marijuana use in your state, especially marijuana use of a minor.
