You do realize the artist who made this picture also made another sexualized 'icon' of another anime character and had a picture of it literally hanging on his wall like it was an altar or icon corner? I very much doubt his motives were clean and pure with this fake icon either.

Cute kid friendly anime is well known these days as being a door to its more disturbing elements involving porn and child porn, and there is an unmistakeable connection with anime to incels and transgenders (especially male to female) and their misogyny and woman face performances. I mean- how many boys immediately transition into the perverted anime when they become teens and young adults? The numbers are high.

Long gone are the days where I saw anime as mostly innocent and cute. The dark side of it has become more prevalent these days.
