Free Talk Friday

Hey all! Continuing my tradition of asking questions about Burgundy in the FTF thread for the third week in a row:

Take a look at this wine. Now, as I understand it, 'Clos (de) Vougeot' is an AOC that is primarily Pinot Noir, but allows up to 15% of Chardonnay (among others) mixed in.

Does that mean that these Chardonnay grapes were all planted within the Clos Vougeot vineyard? Why then is the wine only labeled as 1er Cru, and why is it a Monopole?

My guess is that 'Le Clos Blanc de Vougeot' vineyard is distinct from 'Clos Vougeot' vineyard. Am I correct? I tried Google, but I couldn't find a Burgundy map that listed a 'Le Clos Blabc de Vougeot' Lieux-Dit.
