Well. First of all, you have chosen a CPU that doesn't support overclocking, while your motherboard supports it. You could save some £ by going with a H97 motherboard instead. You could probably save some money on the PSU, too (with a non-modular Bronze unit, for example), but your choice isn't bad.

The video card is quite possibly the best bang for your buck right now. While not super-duper-high-end 4K ready 144hz supportive card, it will still provide you with a good experience in 1080p, especially while on your budget.
